You can reset your password 2 common ways. One is too reset it before it expires by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del at the same time, on the screen you will see"Change a password", click on that and put in your new password. However, if your password has expired or is locked out, you can ask someone very nicely to allow you to log onto the AD Self Service portal and reset/unlock your password from there. 

You can also reset/unlock your password from your mobile phone, please log a call with the Helpdesk to get an agent to set it up for you.
